President
Sheila founded A+ Pro Services in 1999 when she moved to the area from the Midwest. She is the President of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). Sheila has two daughters who are both actively involved in the company. Her newest and favorite title is “grandma” as of 2023.
Outbound Sales/Sheila-in-Training
Aside from cleaning windows after school and during summers growing up, Sadie started her career at A+ Pro Services in 2020 when she moved home to help her mom. While her official title is “new mom”, her occupation is learning the ins and outs of the business that Sheila has created. She has started bringing her daughter in to learn the ropes of our industry as early as possible!
Customer Service Rep/Accounts Manager
Jacki moved to the area in 2022 from Ohio and has quickly developed a passion for helping and serving our clients. If you’re one of our Pro Members, you can count on Jacki to stay on top of your annual appointments for you. If you aren’t a Pro Member, call her to learn why you need to be!
Marketing Gal
Katie started answering phones for A+ Pro in 2021 and has tried her luck in almost every administrative role at least once! She has been both an asset and a pleasure, as she shows up every day with a smile and a determination to get the job done and serve our clients. Her background in communications and marketing pays off in her everyday duties of getting our messages and marketing out to our clients!
Operations Manager
Jayson is A+ Pro’s Operations Manager! He has worked in our industry for 15+ years and joined the A+ team in 2015 when he moved here from New York. Jayson’s knowledge and dedication are assets and we love having him around. Off the clock, Jayson is a proud dad.
Customer Service Rep/Sales
Sebastian joined the team in early 2022. He is very personable and passionate about our customers and their homes. He also enjoys a round of golf on the weekends! Have a question about your home? Sebastian can help!
Sales Rep
Ed joined the A+ team in 2024 to help support our sales team! If he is not out on an estimating job getting to know our customers one-on-one, he is in the back of the shop transforming Sheila’s ideas into realities.
Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep
Stephen is hard working and dedicated to customer service. He enjoys answering the phones and working the schedule to maximize the amount of work we can proficiently complete. In his time off, he enjoys spending time with his family; wife Krysten of 10 years, their 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
Stephen spent 10 years in the Army on a M1A1-M1A2 tank.
Technician
Doug joined the A+ Team in 2022 and has worked on both the window cleaning and pressure washing crews since he started. His versatility has been very helpful and he works just as hard regardless of the tasks he’s given. Doug is a father and also really good with a camera!

Ronnie has been serving A+ Pro clients since 2016. He is a Brunswick County native and loves to hunt and fish when he isn’t pressure washing!

Logan has been cleaning windows for A+ Pro since 2020. In this time he has also worked on the pressure washing side of the company as well! Logan is always wanting to learn more and is such a pleasure to have. Fun fact: Logan holds a First Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo!

Chad is mostly on the pressure washing side of things here at A+ Pro but you may get lucky and have him out for a window cleaning service, too! He’s always ready to meet our clients and insure their homes are sparkling when he leaves!

Gabby loves to focus on details! When it comes to window cleaning, she will be sure that the glass is streak-free and the sills are clean to the touch! When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with those she loves, her family!

Bay is originally from Rockingham, NC. He graduated West Brunswick High School in 2021 and graduated Brunswick Community College in 2023. When he’s not working, he enjoys racing RC cars and building mini-trucks. Bay has been in the pressure washing industry for about 2 years now.
Janitorial Manager
Martyne is our Janitorial Manager and she is rocking it! She is goal oriented and always up for the tasks or challenges thrown her way. Aside from all she does here at A+ Pro, she’s a wife, mother of 9, grandmother of 3 and a Veteran. She loves animals and prefers being outdoors… Especially if fishing is involved!

Ben works in our janitorial department. He’s always ready to take care of any needs or questions our clients have. When he’s not working, you can find Ben fishing and soaking up all the time he can with his family.

Maddi serves on our janitorial staff and has an act for cleaning! She is very detail oriented and loves getting to meet our clients! When she’s not working, you can find her with her fur babies!
