President
Sheila founded A+ Pro Services in 1999 when she moved to the area from the Midwest. She is the President of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). Sheila has two daughters who are both actively involved in the company. Her newest and favorite title is “grandma” as of 2023.
Outbound Sales/Sheila-in-Training
Aside from cleaning windows after school and during summers growing up, Sadie started her career at A+ Pro Services in 2020 when she moved home to help her mom. While her official title is “new mom”, her occupation is learning the ins and outs of the business that Sheila has created. She has started bringing her daughter in to learn the ropes of our industry as early as possible!
Director of Sales
Julia is eager to learn and excited to apply her dynamic skillset towards the sales of residential and commercial business. As Director of Sales, she is responsible for going out into the community and meeting our amazing clients and bringing in new prospects.
Originally from Eastern NC, Julia has lived in multiple places across the US. She is inspired daily by her children, loving friends and family.
Customer Service Rep/Accounts Manager
Jacki moved to the area in 2022 from Ohio and has quickly developed a passion for helping and serving our clients. If you’re one of our Pro Members, you can count on Jacki to stay on top of your annual appointments for you. If you aren’t a Pro Member, call her to learn why you need to be!
Marketing Gal
Katie started answering phones for A+ Pro in 2021 and has tried her luck in almost every administrative role at least once! She has been both an asset and a pleasure, as she shows up every day with a smile and a determination to get the job done and serve our clients. Her background in communications and marketing pays off in her everyday duties of getting our messages and marketing out to our clients!
Operations Manager
Jayson is A+ Pro’s Operations Manager! He has worked in our industry for 15+ years and joined the A+ team in 2015 when he moved here from New York. Jayson’s knowledge and dedication are assets and we love having him around. Off the clock, Jayson is a proud dad.
Customer Service Rep/Sales
Sebastian joined the team in early 2022. He is very personable and passionate about our customers and their homes. He also enjoys a round of golf on the weekends! Have a question about your home? Sebastian can help!
General Manager
Pete is A+ Pro’s new General Manager. Originally from NJ, Pete relocated to our area 10 years ago. Pete’s goal is to ensure that we provide quality cleaning services for our clients while providing world class customer service.
Technician
Jake joined the A+ Pro crew in 2022. He is a man of few words but shows up every day ready to work. Jake is very handy and knows how to fix almost anything. In his free time he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Doug joined the A+ Team in 2022 and has worked on both the window cleaning and pressure washing crews since he started. His versatility has been very helpful and he works just as hard regardless of the tasks he’s given. Doug is a father and also really good with a camera!

Camden came to work with A+ Pro for a summer with his older brother and loved us so much he never left. He attended SUNY Brockport in Brockport, NY. He loves snowboarding in his free time.

Amanda started with A+ Pro Services in 2022 and quickly found joy in turning a squeegee! She moved to North Carolina from her hometown Catskill, NY back in 2019. In Amanda’s free time, you can find her exploring in her kayak!

Kelly joined A+ Pro Services in 2023 as a window cleaner. Kelly is an animal lover and has 7 dogs at home who love trips to the beach. If you have furry friends, Kelly is ready to meet them!

Ciaran, a New York native, started cleaning windows for A+ Pro in 2020. His height sure helps in this industry! Ciaran is passionate about clean glass and happy customers. When he isn’t working you can find him on the golf course!

Logan has been cleaning windows for A+ Pro since 2020. In this time he has also worked on the pressure washing side of the company as well! Logan is always wanting to learn more and is such a pleasure to have. Fun fact: Logan holds a First Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo!

Jacob moved to Brunswick County from Maryland and started with A+ Pro Services in 2021. In his time here, Jacob has proven himself an asset to A+ Pro and we love having him. He is a proud dad to two adorable daughters who he loves to come home to every day.

Dalton was born and raised in Brunswick County, NC. He enjoys meeting new clients and making their windows squeaky clean! When he’s not cleaning windows and helping our clients, you can find him skateboarding around town.
