Typically fabricated by the manufacturer, PGT, we follow their recommended cleaning procedures. Our process has been developed over more than 20 years and includes the screens, aluminum framing, sliding tracks, sills and of course, the vinyl panels. We replace broken latches and lubricate the tracks to promote ease when opening and closing. We have clients that trust us with cleaning their enclosures every year and the impact is noticeable; the vinyl remains supple and framing remains free of buildup and mildew.
Process
Vinyl room enclosures (also known as EZE Breeze rooms) are a great way to enjoy your backyard views, however, they can really only be enjoyed when they’re clean! While we recommend you have them cleaned biannually, some of our customers have us quarterly. If your vinyl panels are hazy, mildewed, or spotted then you need to call the Pro’s!

Ready to be amazed? Allow our EZE Breeze crew to come and refresh your room top to bottom! We hand clean your screens, window tracks, vinyl frames, and of course the vinyl windows. We lubricate your tracks to promote easy operation after we go and can replace broken thumb latches as a benefit to you. Maintenance of your EZE Breeze room is our priority, so all there’s left to do is enjoy the view!
